Liam scores up and down results in Dalecine and Kaplice (CZE)

After months of no racing, it will not sound like a surprise that Liam was thrilled to hear that he could go back to racing. For those first races after the global COVID-19 lockdown he and his entourage needed to travel towards Czechia. Where Richard Gironi and his Czech Championship got approval, of the local government, to organize at Dalecine and Kaplice. It would become a special trip for the Everts Family, this because Dalecine has played a role in both Harry as Stefan their careers. Harry Everts won the Grand Prix in Dalecine back in 1981, and in the same year Stefan was already playing around on parts of the track on his 80cc bike. Little did SE72 knew that...

Liam Everts gets back on his bike after weeks of COVID-19 Lock-down!

We all dealt, or are still dealing with the effects of the COVID-19 virus. Belgium, most of Europe and even the world went in lockdown but still some of you lost a loved one and others became ill themselves. Some of you lost their job, temporary or otherwise, and some of you had to close your business temporarily because of the ‘Coronavirus’. Due to all these problems the 'SARS-CoV-2' virus created,  some of you saw their household income drastically being reduced. After Liam Everts his EMX125 win in Matterley Basin and his top ten result in the EMX250 race of Valkenswaard, we saw the world come to a stop. This all due to the COVID-19 pandemic, what plunged us in times of uncertainty. Liam scores top 10 result in EMX250 debut!

Past weekend Liam Everts made his debut in the European 250cc Championship also known as the EMX250 championship. With his main goal and focus in 2020 still being the European 125cc title, this EMX250 race in Valkenswaard (Netherlands) was more about the experience than the result. However this race was the perfect opportunity for the young KTM rider to test how far he is in his development. To assess what kind of level the Yoko-clothed rider can bring in the highly competitive EMX250 class, the class he will compete in 2021.
